Credit Application
To move forward with the leasing process, if your business has been trading for over 36 months with an annual turnover exceeding R5 million, submit your latest signed audited financials, current management accounts, CIPRO/CIPC documents, and a signed credit application/consent form. We’ll handle the rest from there.
Sign Agreements
After approval, finalize the leasing process by signing the lease agreement, debit order authority, and vehicle leasing quote.
Vehicle Order, Insurance, and Delivery
Once the paperwork is complete, we’ll order your vehicle from our dealer, who will deliver it directly to you. Provide proof of comprehensive insurance, sign the dealer’s delivery receipt, and the leasing process is complete—you can start using your vehicle.
Ongoing Use and Performance Reporting
We’ll prepare a vehicle schedule for your signature and attach it to the lease agreement. We manage your lease contracts and provide regular performance reports throughout the leasing process.

Operating Lease

Our Operating Lease will provide you with an efficient usage based contract where you manage the costs of maintenance and tyres or outsource this function to us to ensure costs incurred are appropriate. This option includes a maintenance authorisation desk plus an invoice scrutiny service before providing you with a consolidated maintenance invoice at month end.
Dynamic Lease
Leasing that offers ownership and flexible usage options.
This is our ‘Lease to Own’ solution that gives you the option to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease at the stipulated purchase option price but you are under no obligation to do so. This contract can be restructured at any time to adjust the purchase option price and the usage parameters or to include / exclude the optional services.
